What is the difference between trigger release and extended tooth?
Trigger release reusable cable ties are extremely quick to release by hand using the trigger on the cable tie. Extended tooth cable ties on the other hand are more like standard cable ties (with an extended tooth), and releasing them requires that the smaller tab holding the cable tie gets pressed with something like a flathead screwdriver.
We recommend choosing trigger release cable ties for use cases where the speed and ease of releasing the cable ties is important, and extended tooth cable ties where the cable tie needs to be more secure as the trigger release is harder to release accidentally.
