a) If you change your mind and no longer require goods that have been ordered (via phone, email or online), we're happy to refund or credit providing:
(i) It is within 30 days from the day of delivery.
(ii) You have proof of purchase for the goods (this could be a sales invoice or ship note).
(iii) The goods are in 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
(iv) The product has not been used or installed.
(v) The goods ordered were not a non-stock item or factory order part (in this instance we would not be able to accept any returns).
A handling fee of 10.00 GBP per box sent will be deducted from any credit raised for the goods.
Items should be returned at customers own cost or transport.
Any goods credited will not include original shipping costs.
b) Returns due to quality claim
If a claim is made on a purchase due to quality, this must be reported by the Customer within 3 months from the date of delivery. Providing the claim is made within this time frame, goods will be collected at the expense of the Company for inspection.
If goods are found to be faulty, a credit, refund or exchange will be made in full for the defective goods.
If goods are found not to be defective by the company upon inspection, no credit will be issued and the Customer will be liable for any collection costs incurred by the Company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable goods and customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
