Terms & Conditions
Our brand-new customer reward programme has been designed to reward our most loyal customers with great benefits such as being able to earn Reward Points on all purchases that can be used for future discounts.
Each customer account will be able to earn Tier Points, that will be used to calculate the appropriate rewards the customer has earned.
As you progress in our Reward Tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), the amount of Reward Points you earn and other benefits will improve.
You will be able to find the rewards available for each tier, and the minimum spend required to reach a certain tier on this page.
If you have an existing account with us and have made a purchase in the past, your account's Tier Points have already been updated.
Once you have reached one of our customer tiers (spent more than £1000 on our website and reached the required 100,000 tier points), your customer account will start earning Reward Points on all purchases.
The Reward Points will always be awarded based on your current tier when placing an order.
The Reward Points will automatically be awarded to your account, and you will be able to use the available points and claim a discount from your next order by selecting the "Apply Reward Points" when paying for an order.
The Reward Points earned are on spend exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, and will expire after one year if not used.
We will automatically send you a reminder in case you have Reward Points that are about to expire, to ensure you will not miss out on discounts that you have already earned.
Your customer account will earn Tier Points automatically on all spend on Cableties.co.uk, inclusive of spend on shipping costs and taxes.
These points are used to define the reward tier your account is eligible for.
You are able to view your current point status easily on this page when logged in, or in the top bar.
Each £1 spent on the website will earn you 100 Tier Points, and the points will be awarded to your account after an order has been paid for.
In the case of a partial or a full refund, the appropriate number of points will be automatically deducted from your account total.
Our customer reward programme is completely automated, and your customer tier will be also change automatically based on your total earned Tier Points.
You are able to see the required spend for each tier above on this page.
Please note:
Once you earn a new tier, please give our system approximately 10-15 minutes to reflect the changes on our website before placing another order. This is to ensure you will be able to enjoy your new and improved benefits right away!
Once you have spent enough to earn the next customer reward tier, we will also email you about this confirming your access to your latest benefits and rewards.
Unfortunately, you are not able to transfer Reward Points or Tier Points between customer accounts. Each customer account needs to earn their own points.
However, if you have earned points on an account and would need to change the email address of your account to ensure you do not lose the progress, we can do this for you.
Please note that we reserve the right to change the programme, the rewards, access to the rewards, or the terms of our Customer Reward Programme at any point.
This can include introducing new rewards, or making changes to the existing ones.
Additionally, even though we don't automatically remove Reward Points earned on purchases that have been cancelled or refunded (partially or fully), we reserve the right to do so on individual basis.
Finally, we reserve the rights to restrict the access to the programme or our website for any individual found guilty of attempting to abuse the reward programme or our website (as the purpose of this programme is to reward our customers, and not to entice silly-buggery).
