New Customers
You will be automatically enrolled when you either log in or sign upon our website, or when you place an order with us.
This means that there is no need to separately join the programme. We reward all of our customers automatically!
Existing Customers
If you've placed an order with us in the past before the introduction of this loyalty programme, we have already taken this into account and backdated the VIP tier point progress for you - to ensure you already are in the tier you have earned with us in the past by being one of our valued existing customers.
Simply login with the same email address you have used in the past to continue your progress!
When you place an order with us, you will earn reward points for each pound spent based on the customer tier you currently are in at the time of placing the order (excluding shipping and taxes).
Each point is worth a penny, or in other words, you are able to claim a discount of £1 for each 100 points you have.
You will be able to earn up to 10 points per £1 spent with us (once reached the Platinum Tier).
Please note, that the purchases and points rewarded are always being calculated by using the current tier. If your purchase grants you enough points to reach a new tier, the increased reward points earning rate will be taken into account and calculated upon your next order.
There are no limits to the discounts you can redeem. You are able to earn and accumulate as many points as you like, and then use these points the way you like on your future orders.
The points are always redeemed and applied in multipliers of 100 (for £1 off), which means that the minimum redeemable amount is £1 off your order.
You are able to redeem order discounts directly on checkout, or through the Rewards Widget that is accessible on the bottom-right of our website.
These redeemable order discounts are single-use only. Please ensure that the subtotal value of your order is the same or higher than the discount - to ensure you will get use the total discount you are redeeming.
You are able to choose how many points you want to spend when claiming your discounts (in 100 point multipliers), and once you redeem the discount this will be deducted from the subtotal of your order.
If you wish to redeem a discount for free shipping, this needs to be done separately from the Rewards Widget.
You are able to redeem free shipping by redeeming it on the Reward Widget (for 570 points).
Once applied, you will be able to select free DPD Next Day Delivery on checkout (or free 2 Working Day Delivery for Northern Ireland).
Pre-10.30, Pre-12.00 and Saturday Deliveries will always be paid for.
The reward points expire after 12 months of no order(s) placed or points redeemed. You are able to see the expiry date easily on the reward widget when logged in (on the bottom right).
We will also send you an email reminder one month before the points are about to expire, to ensure that you won't miss out on any rewards you have already earned.
This means that as long as you either place an order once a year, or redeem a part of your existing points once a year; your points will never expire.
Customer Tiers & Benefits
As a part of the Cableties.co.uk Rewards programme, our customers are able to progress through five reward tiers as they spend more on our website.
- Basic Tier
- Bronze Tier
- Silver Tier
- Gold Tier
- Platinum Tier
The tiers and the tier changes are completely automated, and they will be applied to your account automatically.
Tier progress happens on total points earned. Using and redeeming points will not affect your tier progress.
The VIP Tier changes are automatic. After you have placed your order, the system calculates the points you have earned, and accordingly updates your account tier status - which will be then reflected on our website shortly after.
If you need to place multiple orders in short succession, please give our system enough time to update your account to a new tier (if the orders would take your account into a new tier).
You can confirm you are getting your current rewards by logging in to the website and ensuring you see the correct and updated tier badge in our website header (i.e. BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM).
Please note: It may take up to one hour for the website and your account to update once you have earned your new customer tier and benefits.
Every new customer account on Cableties.co.uk starts off with a Basic Tier.
Basic Tier customers earn 1 reward point for each £1 spent on their orders, that can be then redeemed for discounts and other rewards.
Once a customer has earned 1,000 points with us, they will advance to Bronze Tier and be rewarded exclusive benefits.
Bronze Tier customers earn 3 reward point for each £1 spent on their orders, that can be then redeemed for discounts and other rewards. This spend excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts or rewards redeemed.
Bronze Tier customers will also receive additional discounts and benefits automatically on our website, such as up to 15% off cable tie installation tools.
Once a customer has earned 5,000 points with us, they will advance to Silver Tier and be rewarded exclusive benefits.
Silver Tier customers earn 5 reward point for each £1 spent on their orders, that can be then redeemed for discounts and other rewards. This spend excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts or rewards redeemed.
Silver Tier customers will also receive additional discounts and benefits automatically on our website, such as up to 20% off cable tie installation tools.
Once a customer has earned 20,000 points with us, they will advance to Gold Tier and be rewarded exclusive benefits.
Gold Tier customers earn 7 reward point for each £1 spent on their orders, that can be then redeemed for discounts and other rewards. This spend excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts or rewards redeemed.
Gold Tier customers will also receive additional discounts and benefits automatically on our website, such as up to 25% off cable tie installation tools.
Once a customer has earned 50,000 points with us, they will advance to Platinum Tier and be rewarded exclusive benefits.
Platinum Tier customers earn 10 reward point for each £1 spent on their orders, that can be then redeemed for discounts and other rewards. This spend excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts or rewards redeemed.
Platinum Tier customers will also receive additional discounts and benefits automatically on our website, such as up to 30% off cable tie installation tools.
Terms & Conditions
For orders paid (excl. shipping costs and taxes), customer accounts will automatically gain points towards a new tier, which can be redeemed for the rewards as stated on our website.
If an order is refunded, the points are also automatically deducted.
The reward points must be redeemed to the rewards as stated in the Cableties.co.uk Rewards portal and widget.
The reward points cannot be exchanged for money, or any other benefit that isn't clearly available and stated as a redeemable reward.
The value of the reward points when redeeming a discount will always stay the same: £1 discount for 100 reward points.
The amount of reward points earned per £1 spent will increase as stated on this page, as a customer's VIP Tier improves.
Customer accounts can only redeem rewards using points for their own account. Rewards cannot be transferred or gifted.
When you redeem a reward, the website will automatically apply a one-time use discount code (or free shipping) to your order.
These rewards are single-time use, so please ensure you use the full value of the reward coupon if exchanging points for a monetary discount.
If you have redeemed a reward, but for whatever reason did not end up finishing placing the order and using the reward: You are still able to find your unused and available rewards from our Rewards Widget and the Reward Centre - and you can simply reapply the reward codes to your basket again.
We reserve the right to make changes to the customer loyalty programme without any notice.
These changes can include changes such as small improvements and additional rewards for our customers.
Although unlikely, we also reserve the right to terminate the programme altogether.
We also reserve the right to exclude individual customers from the Cableties.co.uk Rewards programme, due to, but not limited to the following reasons:
- Intentional abuse of the programme or its terms
- Abuse towards our staff members
- Any other sort of malicious silly-buggery that one reasonably wouldn't expect us to endure with or withstand
