Terms & Conditions

Our brand-new reward programme has been designed to reward our most loyal customers with great benefits such as being able to earn store credit on all purchases.

Each customer account will be able to earn points, that will be used to calculate the appropriate rewards the customer has earned.

You will be able to find the rewards available for each tier, and the minimum spend required to reach a certain tier on this page.

Once you have reached one of our customer tiers (spent more than £1000 on our website), your customer account will start earning store credit on all purchases.

The store credit will be rewarded based on your current tier when placing an order.

The store credit will automatically be awarded to your account, and you will be able to use the available credit by selecting the "Use Store Credit" when paying for an order.

The store credit will be earned on spend exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, and it will expire after one year if not used.

You are able to view each Store Credit adjustment and also the expiry dates here (under the Store Credit section): Customer Profile

We don't automatically remove your store credit on purchases that have been cancelled or refunded, but we reserve the right to do so on individual basis.

Your customer account will earn points automatically on all spend on Cableties.co.uk, inclusive of spend on shipping costs and taxes.

These points are used to define the reward tier your account is eligible for.

You are able to view your current point status easily on this page when logged in, or in the top bar.

Each pound spent on the website will earn you 100 points, and the points will be awarded to your account after an order has been paid for.

In the case of a partial or a full refund, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account total.

Unfortunately, you are not able to transfer points between the accounts. Each customer account needs to earn their own points.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the programme, the rewards or the terms of our Customer Reward Programme at any point.

This can include introducing new rewards, or changing the existing ones.
